Norwegian Log House Restoration Project

DRC member Phil Iversen will provide our club with information and interesting insights into his Norwegian immigrant log house restoration project. He acquired the 1860's era log house in 2010, just before it was going to be demolished. The house was taken apart, moved to a wooded acreage, and reassembled. The house then went through a remodeling, though leaving the logs visible on the inside to retain its historic character. The log house is now listed on Airbnb and available for everyone to enjoy and appreciate.
