The Decorah Rotary Club (DRC) enjoyed great food and fellowship at our recent Club Picnic hosted at Whalen Cabin in Phelps Park in Decorah. DRC member Ward Budweg provided the program and some fascinating insights into his cross-country ski trip across Finland this past winter.
